My Desert Spring Water has delivered 5-gallon drinking water across the UAE since 1998, from our own purification plant in Al Qusais Industrial Area 5, Dubai. The app works for homes, offices, shops and staff accommodation in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain.

Step 1 — Download the My Desert Spring app
Search “My Desert Spring” on the App Store or Google Play, install it, and open the app.
On the first screen you’ll see an “Already an MDS Customer” option:
New customer: untick it, then continue to register.
Already order from us: leave it ticked and sign in with the mobile number on your MDS account.
Step 2 — Register your details
Verify your mobile number with the one-time password (OTP) we send you, then add your delivery address.
- Enter your mobile number and continue.
- Type in the OTP sent by SMS.
- Complete your details: name, email, date of birth, flat or villa number, building, street or location, and emirate.
- Submit the form.
Once you submit the form, our customer care team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your details, and your account is approved on that
call. It’s a deliberate step — it makes sure your bottles reach the right
building, the right floor and the right door. You only go through it
once. As soon as the call is done, the app home screen opens and you can
buy your coupons.
Step 3 — Buy Coupons
VIP coupons are prepaid coupons you exchange for 5-gallon water bottles
Buy them once in the app and use them delivery by delivery — no payment at the door each time.
- On the home screen, tap Buy VIP Coupons.
- Choose a pack — for example 10 or 20 coupons.
- Have Drops (My Desert Spring reward points)? Redeem them at checkout when the option appears.

What should I do if I don’t receive the OTP?
Type your mobile number without any spaces or dashes — that’s the most common reason the code doesn’t arrive. Then check the number is correct, make sure your phone has signal and can receive SMS, and request the code again after a minute. If it still doesn’t arrive, call customer care on 800 637.
Does the app show VAT before I pay?
Yes. VAT appears as a separate line at checkout alongside coupon
quantity, any discount applied and the order total. You can review it all
before you pay.
Can offices and businesses order water through the app?
Yes. Office administrators, shops, small businesses and staff
accommodation register the same way households do and buy coupons from
the same screen.
